A Chillicothe native, Conchetta has spent more than a decade helping people buy and sell throughout Ross County and the surrounding communities. She came to real estate after fifteen years in sales with international medical and pharmaceutical companies — experience that shaped the way she works today: prepared, straightforward, and focused on getting clients the information they need to make a confident decision.

She specializes in residential and investment properties, working with everyone from first-time buyers to owners building a rental portfolio. Her hometown roots means she knows these neighborhoods the way only someone who grew up in them can.

Outside of work, Conchetta is deeply involved in the local community, has taught yoga for nearly twenty years, and is a dedicated wife and  mother of three great kids.
