Julie Preston is a lifelong Chillicothe resident who proudly grew up on Caldwell Street and has dedicated her life to serving the community she loves. After retiring from the Chillicothe Police Department, she continues to serve as a School Resource Officer for Chillicothe City Schools. Julie and her husband, Mike, raised their four children—Joey, Abigail, Emily, and Scotty—in Chillicothe, where family and community have always been at the heart of their lives.
